Raised in Yorkshire Michaela started her horticultural career as a florist. She became a graduate of the English Gardening School in 1991.
Michaela has worked in landscaping for over 30 years throughout the UK, Spain, France, USA and Australia
In 1994 Michaela founded the Garden Architects Academy in Sydney Australia
After installing gardens for Sydney's elite Michaela launched her 'By Design' column for The Australian Gardener magazine and 'The Garden' pages for the Sunday Telegraph. She was then invited to present the design clinic for the ABC gardening Australia live show.
After gathering a myriad of awards and accreditations for her work and more than enough sun, sea, snakes and spiders, Michaela returned to the UK in 2009 and resurrected her passion for the English landscape. She has returned to London with a mass of experience for sustainable gardening and eco living.
